Reviews are generally positive for this A&W location in Montreal, with several customers highlighting fast, courteous, and professional service, as well as meals served hot and fresh. Many also appreciate the cleanliness, atmosphere, and consistency of certain items like burgers, breakfast, and fries. However, a few comments mention delays at the drive-thru, order mistakes, and products that are sometimes too salty or less fresh.
I ordered 2 small burgers 🍔🍔1 was descent they other disgusting 🫣
A worker named eva a so much nice
Clean place to sit and easy to park.
Ants everywhere in a&w, toilet overflowing, not good management.
I had a great experience at this A&W last night. The drive-thru was a little busy but the line moved much faster than I expected. My Mozza Burger and onion rings were both still piping hot when I got them. They also got everything in my order right. Really impressed with the service.
Great place to eat Not many people Service is fast
As always..good food..super good and hot! Fries.. no other fast food compares..imo
Listen up, I worked at an A&W for 3 years. I know what im talking about. This is the best late night food spot in Montreal. Let me explain; When you receive the food you ordered everything is fresh from the grill or fryer. It makes me feel like that scene from Ratatouille when the critic tastes the food and reminisces about his moms cooking. I swear its that good. The food is as fresh as possible straight from the grill or fryers. The best A&W in the city, hands down.
nice palace with a nice exterior and interior design, clean and nice fast-food food
The place was clean and professional staff!
It was a late lunch around 3pm and the food and service were great and it was nice and quiet. Enjoyed it!
Their breakfast food is always good with buns
We've been ordering from this place whenever we're too lazy to cook, and it never disappoints! This time, we decided to dine in while out for a walk before heading home. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was just as delicious as when we order it online. A reliable spot for a quick and tasty meal. We'll definitely be back! 😊
Ideal place the best hamburgers
Quick service and convenient location. The Poulet Chubby burger was good but the onion rings were way oversalted.
Expectations are low when you deal with this type of fast food, but the slow service when only one client in the store, the eggs stuck to cardboard plate, full taste of paper and burnt toasts are the cherry on top. Rather go to a competitor.
Had down fastest while having it taste very fresh, they got 2 cashier's both women I always go night time when I see them I already know I'm in and out under 5 minutes it's great
I love the ambiance of this A&W place. It has lots of space. The diner style table is very comfortable, the washroom is clean, the staff are hardworking , they always clean. My spouse and I liked very much to have our hamburger and coffee here anytime of the day.
No Fresh onions (bitter taste of oil)
Thank you Daveline for your service ..... very professional i appreciate it !!
Absolutely ridiculous, Miriam took our order and forgot to give us two burgers. By the time we realized we were already on the highway a few klm away. We called and explained the situation and they told us come back when you can the same day to get the burgers . We came back and the employees are looking at us like we’re crazy. Saying they need to talk to their manager … spent 30 minutes trying to get what we paid for .
At this location, A&W is excellen don't hesitate to pass by
