As A&W restaurants go, this one is a bit of an oddball. The building is new and food is on par with the others. It's clean. Burger quality is great for a fastfood. However, service is variable and often seems like you're bothering the staff and they clearly don't want to be there.

Rotten lettuce and hair in both our burgers. Very disappointing after paying almost 40$!
