My 72 year old mother ate a habanero chicken burger there one hour ago and hasn't stopped throwing up since. Now we're taking her to the hospital for food poising and you don't even have a real phone number so I can call the store and warn your employees.

I really like their breakfast and I would really enjoy it much better, if I didn't get a piece of cardboard in my mouth from the paper plate or a splinter from the wooden fork which I can't even fork anything with. And even better the paper straw lodged in the plastic cover of the juice cup gets smashed and you can't sip through it How can anyone enjoy their food like this. Feels like I'm eating paper and wood with my eggs. Please bring decent plates and cutlery. The plate they serve breakfast in is so small they put my fried eggs one on top of the other I thought i had only one egg. The has brown was cold and hard. For 17 dollars the experience is less than appettizing

Bad customer service. Last time, I waited for my order for more than 15 minutes. When my order was ready, the employee ignored finishing it passing it to me. I waited to react, but she kept ignoring. Finally, I told her to look back and see my order was ready to be given to me. She reacted negatively and gave me the tray missing things. I decided nit to buy anymore from this A&W branch.
