my first visit experience at this restaurent was fabulous and I had great service of my burger with fries. The uncle burger was hot and delicious I got it ready within a minute

I had the worst experience here. I asked the person at the counter why there was a price difference compared to the app. She couldn’t speak English so she called another staff. The person who took over had the worst attitude and was extremely rude. Her name started with M. Instead of telling me right away that it was because of swapping Apple slices with fries, she made me go through the steps on the app. I could already sense the attitude as she had a snarky smile the whole time. I then told her that they should be able to just tell me instead of making me go through all this. Even though I was talking about her, she said her colleague didn’t understand English. I then replied that I didn’t speak French. Same snarky smile. She then asked if I was sure I wanted to eat it since it’s beef. I said I eat beef. And then she started shouting, stopping the first staff from taking my order, said I have attitude. Basically created a scene, when my 3 year old was with me. I asked the first staff if she’d take my order and she said yes. The first staff apologized to me multiple times and I reassured her that it was not her mistake, and that she shouldn’t be sorry. Oh and when the nice staff was apologizing, M pulled her buddy in and both were watching me through the kitchen window like it was a circus! I saw another review of how someone also experienced this kind of behaviour and honestly I 100% believe them. I feel like she didn’t like the fact that I ate beef, maybe due to her personal beliefs? Who knows!

super duper good food, hot, made a mama burger and fries and apple pie fresh in like 2 minutes, would rate 10/5 if i could literally peak
