A&W really isn't what it used to be. Service is really sub par at this place and you feel like the employees really don't want to work there. No smile, no effort, no explaining promotions. Made a quick mistake in my order and before they started making it, I asked if I could change it for a more advantageous offer. They said it was absolutely not possible to make changes to order or refund. They don't have the icey mugs like they used to even though you see them in the pictures on Google. They don't bother to put ketchup in my bag and when I asked, got met by the same lack of motivation or kindness from a second employee. I get sometimes you have a bad day but the first dude was living his best life after, smiling and chit chatting with other colleagues after I ordered. Sometimes people just aren't a fit for working in customer service. At least the food was good.
