I would like to give zero stars if I could. I’ve been to this A&W several times now, and it’s the same issues every time: employees with attitude who make you feel like you’re bothering them just by ordering, awkward communication at the drive-thru, and cashiers who couldn’t care less. Half the time nobody is even at the window, the employees aren’t wearing uniforms, and during my last visit, the cashier literally slammed the window shut after taking my payment and went straight back to her phone. The food was just as bad, with my full-sugar drink given to me despite asking for diet multiple times, a poutine that tasted like straight salt with cold fries, and a burger thrown together like nobody gave a damn; I’d rather drive another 20 minutes than ever come back here.
