Never go to the Royalmount A&W. The food is always cold. You pay an onion ring $6.49 + txs and they're all broken up, looks like dog food. The uncle burger was cold. Unless you like cold food, I suggest you go to Poulet Rouge right beside it.

My brother and I (My brother can sometimes take a bit longer to process things) came in to look at the menu and clarify the name of an item. The Asian male employee who was scheduled at the front desk Thursday march 5 at 7pm at the counter spoke to us in a very condescending tone, stretching his words like we were slow . It made the experience really uncomfortable especially because my brother can be a little slow so we were taking our time to look at the menu and he was very loud and rude to us as he was taking our order . We were just trying to decide what to order

Such nice workers, I went on the weekend and the workers were super welcoming and friendly!!!!! Will definitely return back !!
