Yesterday I was helped by a tall guy with long hair in a ponytail, and honestly he gave one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Super polite, positive attitude, fast at his job, and he made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and works hard while keeping great vibes. The food was also really fresh and tasty, everything came out quickly and the restaurant felt clean and well organized. Overall a really great experience. Employees like that truly make a difference, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Love the food at A&W always good but missed the frosty mug. Also the seating in the middle of a convenience store/gas station without any dividers I felt was awkward

First of all as a diabetic,this is the 2nd time i went There in a few weeks that they didn't have a no sugar sweetener,i had to pay extra for a Coffee since the regular Coffee they ran out of,the service was slow even if i was the only customer there Early in the morning, all in all,a very bad customer expérience, the fond was good though and i didn't eat on site!
