Service was fine except they forgot one order of fries, but it happens. The “smash burger” was a huge disappointment, and the prices were way too high—$35 for one small burger, a two-patty burger, and one sweet potato fries, which were soggy. Anyway, fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

They "ran out" of onion rings, it was 1pm... Also, the men's bathroom doesn't have a urinal and the women's bathroom doesn't have a hook for purse/coat. I wouldn't return or recommend stopping here.

Food: The bun looked half chewed Service: Took a long time despite there being very few customers. Also couldn't understand a single thing through their speaker. Atmosphere: The place looked dead.

The dining tables and floor are greasy and messy; the staff are too busy chatting to notice that customers are waiting for their meals.

Excellent customer service; the workers were very friendly, quick service, and the burgers were nice and hot. Best A&W experience I've had!

My wife has many dietary restrictions so we don't eat out often. After asking all her questions and placing our order, the woman who took care of us took the liberty of going to the kitchen and having the cook scrub down all the equipment to not have any contaminants on my wife's food. Then she hand delivered our bags to us at our table. We really felt like she cared. You don't see this type of service often in Montreal.

Buddy burger without oignons as described on the menus, asked for cheese and got nothing. Why pay extra $ for a slice when you dont have why pay a burger if you dont have the basic ingredients... ketchup, patty and 2 bread. Thats not good. They ask to move wrong window to wait outside "next door"... i had to go inside pickup my food. Dont go there.

The woman working the indoor register (on Jan3,2026 at 1pm) was so nice! She made the experience! The food is what I’d expect for fast food and it’s attached to a gas station which is ideal for travelers. But the woman was great with my kids, attentive beyond necessary and an overall pleasure!
