I’ve always enjoyed coming to this restaurant, which is why I was surprised by my recent experience during an event. Unfortunately, the reception at the front did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from an establishment with such a strong reputation. The staff on duty appeared disengaged — there was no greeting upon arrival, no inquiry about reservations, and minimal interaction with guests. At one point, I noticed the front staff chatting and laughing among themselves while guests were entering and leaving, which gave an unprofessional impression. Upon leaving, I also observed staff seated at the front area eating while simultaneously being approached by clients. For a restaurant of this caliber, the front desk is the first point of contact and plays a key role in setting the tone for the overall experience. A more attentive and polished approach would greatly enhance the guest experience. That said, aside from this aspect, everything else was excellent and I’ve otherwise had great experiences here.
