This was my first taste of cuisine from Madagascar and I loved it. I tried their signature dish Ravitoto with pork made by slowly cooking cassava leaves with pork and served with rice. The texture was smooth and the flavors rich. The staff was friendly. Highly recommended.

This was my first experience with Malagasy cuisine, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I will return to explore more. The soupe tamatave was the highlight with flavourful broth, tasty wontons and delicious morsels of smoked pork. It had many delightful taste and texture sensations. Lasary manga, mango salad, had a nice balance of shredded ripe mango with a tangy vinaigrette that balanced sweetness and acidity. Rougail saucisses was pleasant. The sausage were tasty and the tomaato-based sauce was nice, although rather mild in flavour. My friend had the misao fried noodles with mixed proteins. The portion was very large. It was not unlike some Chinese noodle dishes. Again, the flavours were mild, but flavourful. Service was helpful and attentive. Prices are fair and reasonable. It is also BYOW, so that helps control the cost. Decor is pleasant, but modest.
What an authentic experience 🫶🏽
Excellent
Amazing spot! Highly recommended.
The food was excellent and for a reasonable price. Owner was very friendly as well. Would definitely go again.
I love coming to 325F! I've never had a dish I didn't like and the staff is very friendly. Bonus points : it's BYOB!
The food was absolutely delicious!! We were a big group and we had such a lovely time. The restaurant is very cozy and the BYOB option was the cherry on top, we'll definitely be back!! Also Brian was very kind, great service :)
Waiters were a bit slow, and confuses, but beyond very nice, lovely ambiance, cute design. Very authentic food. Totally recommend.
We were a group of 10 people. The restaurant was very adept at accommodating us, even though the additional 4 people were last-minute additions. We shared a lot of dishes; all were delicious and satisfied our desire for something exotic and out of the ordinary. Unfortunately, 2 dishes were unavailable (sold out?). As a BYOW, the total price was quite reasonable considering the portions and quality.
Good fooddd Must come try! 😊 10/10
Found this place on maps while looking for fabric shops kind of off the beaten path. So so so glad I decided to give it a try. Liked it so much i went here twice in a row while on my trip and I wasnt even staying near the restaurant. Staff is friendly- even got to chat with Chef Bryan for a little and he gave me one of their awesome hats! Food was new yet comfortingly familiar. Perfect clean flavours. Atmosphere was comfortable and warm. Would come back to Montreal just to eat here everyday!
The food is ok, a little bit salty. But it’s so weird that someone who works here suddenly came to ask for personal information. Really uncomfortable experience.
Amazing authentic restaurant!! The chef came to our table to get to know us and talk about the restaurant. Amazing service , food was delicious and beautiful restaurant. We had curry chicken, poulet fumé, banane plantain, sambosa, rolls and fried beignets with traditional tea.
A beautiful & intimate space, you can smell the food as it’s being cooked, everything we tried is flavourful, great music & easy to talk, would definitely go back & recommend.
Amazing experience overall. The service was incredible, the staff were so warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious with great portions for the price ! I went with my Madagascan friend and he said it was great. It’s honestly surprising there’s only one Malagasy restaurant in Montreal. The owner, a father and son duo, came to chat with tables which made it feel really personal. I had seen this place during Montreal à la table and finally got to try it, so glad I did ! Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be back !
Very unique flavor profil super well executed with an amazing service.
Food that feeds the soul 🥂
What a lovely place, a true gem. Will definitely go back!
I would honestly give 6 stars across the board if I could! I live just around the corner and really regret having never come to the restaurant until tonight. Chef Brian was so kind to come out from behind the counter and greet my friend and I. I have never met a more personable and attentative chef! The food itself was absolutely delicious! My friend and I were really touched by the free donuts, too <333 I will 100% be coming back!
A cozy neighborhood restaurant with friendly service and good food
It was very delicious, very well cooked and the spices did all the job ! Ordered the rougail saucisse with the corossol juice, was just perfect. Highly recommend it !
We had such an incredible experience enjoying authentic Malagasy cuisine! The food was absolutely delicious, rich, vibrant and perfectly balanced. Every dish hit all the right notes and left us wanting more. Bryan and his team were so welcoming and genuinely wonderful hosts, which made the whole evening feel extra special. You can really feel the care and pride behind everything they do. And don’t even think about skipping dessert, save room for the beignets! They were truly something special. We’ll definitely be back and will be sending plenty of friends their way!
Beautiful interiors, BYOB, very friendly staff and delicious food ! Would definitely come back again
Very cozy and comforting food : it was so savoury. Happy to see Malagasy food in Montreal. 100% recommend it !
