I really love the salads and sandwiches from this restaurant but I have had 2 very unpleasant experiences with regard to their customer service. It appears that they are chronically understaffed both in the kitchen and in the front/cash. I have waited on 2 occasions over an hour for a singular salad. I always call in advance (usually 30-60 minutes before) so that my salad will be ready for take out once I get there and both times I was told I had to wait (and one of those times with a young baby). The second time, the salads had not even been started on. The first time I was offered nothing while having to wait. The second time, we were offered coffee and then forgotten about and the coffee was never brought. I am not certain it would have even been on the house.
