Amazing Caribbean restaurant. We had the oxtail croquettes which were fantastic. Griot and brisket for our mains and the griot in particular was the most tender I've ever had. The rice and peas was excellent as usual as Haitians always do it the best. Even the grilled vegetables were super tasty. The only thing I didn't like was the coleslaw but I can forgive that given how excellent everything else was. As for the drinks, they were ALL excellent but the Dark & Smokey was the show stealer. I'll be ordering that again when I return. I'm giving the food here 5 stars. The service was good but I would have liked more water refills. We were there for about an hour and only got 1 refill of our water glasses and they're small glasses too so it was even more noticeable. Still, 3 Pierres 1 Feu was an awesome time and I Iook forward to going back.
