Really enjoyed my time at Three Amigos, and a lot of it was thanks to Rafi. He was genuinely friendly, easygoing, and made us feel comfortable right away. He checked in without overdoing it, gave good suggestions, and everything felt smooth and relaxed. You can tell he actually cares about the customers. Service like that really makes a difference, would happily come back.

Had a great time last night celebrating my daughter’s birthday! Food was great, drinks spot on! Varun’s service was first class ! Thank you! P.S. as a word of suggestion, an espresso with those churros at dessert would have made my night complete, so think about adding an espresso machine to your bar.

Table shaky. Broken chairs. Dishes and glasses chipped. Food small portions ??? Rice in a desert bowl ??? Food served on cutting board but wheres the food ??? Music so loud you cant hear anybody talking at the table. 3 Amigos downtown so much better.

Standard Mexican fare, with multiple seating areas including what looked like a bar area. We arrived at all early time (5pm) and the place was empty except one other couple. Place was clean, and initial service was quick. Take nachos were appreciated, however main courses were hit or miss on our visit. One serving of the enchiladas had quite an odd taste, enough so that the plate was abandoned. The other was fine. The table was cleared, desserts were declined, but then we were forgotten for 10 minutes. Remember, the place was empty. We had to ask for the final bill.

My friends and I had a 5pm reservation on Saturday night, and from the minute we arrived I felt like our server was rushing our service. Everything came within like 5 minutes, and before I knew it the cheque was on our table (and we didn’t even ask for it). Around 6pm our server even asked us if we could wrap it up because another customer was “angry” and waiting for their table. What?? Honestly…appalling. The server himself was very kind. This is probably stemming from management. Clearly this restaurant doesn’t have the full customer experience in mind, but rather optimizing for turning over tables. A table should be available to you for at least 2h. I appreciate service that isn’t super slow, but this is too far on the other side of the spectrum. If I wanted a quick bite and run, I’d go to a food court. We barely felt like we could enjoy catching up with our friends. We enjoyed coming here a few times before, but we won’t be coming back after this experience.

I had a truly exceptional experience on my birthday. The dinner was outstanding, and the service made me feel exceptionally special. My server, Mario, provided superb service. Mario, thank you for your kindness. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the manager, although I'm not certain I caught her name. Thank you for the thoughtful touches on my special day, including the gesture of including my son in the celebration to present me with cake and sing 'Happy Birthday.' The DJ's announcement and playing of the birthday song were also greatly appreciated. I look forward to returning. The staff are truly exceptional. Additionally, the food was absolutely delicious.

Had a great experience at 3 Amigos! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Our waiter, Varun, was amazing—very polite, attentive, and friendly. He made sure everything was perfect. Will definitely come back!
