The service was terrible. Ordered nachos with just cheese and sour cream on the side and was told no problem and when I received the nachos they were all dressed and was told that the nachos are made that way and can’t be just cheese. Overall I was not happy and don’t expect going back.

Our food was great and our server Nathan went above and beyond! He knew the menu very well and was great at recommending the drinks! Front manager guy in the suit was very nice too. Great crew they have here

We threw an event there for a large group of people and boy was it a success! The manager was helpful from start to finish. She accompanied us every step of the way and made sure our group menu and drinks were a good fit. The service was efficient and warm. Everyone loved the food and the ambiance. And the décor!!!! Waw! It has nothing to do with any other Tres Amigos I’ve been to, it’s elevated and colorful and still includes Mexican vibes. We were able to have our fun and still let other customers enjoy their time as well. It felt more like we were in an exotic outdoor garden than in a restaurant in cold Montreal! To say I was impressed does not do it justice. Thank you again to everyone for your amazing service and making our event memorable!

I went with a group. The food was absolutely delicious. I am a big fan of their starters (calamaris, nachos and my favorite the chicken rolls. First time I had those and they were so surprisingly crispy and light.). Their drinks are also soo good. Will definitely come back.

The staff was friendly and the food was delicious but the service was slow. Like we didn’t know who’s our waiter or waitress was. The food took forever to arrive. When I ask for hot sauce, they couldn’t give since it’s only for the bar to use. My partner had to go ask the manager for approval just for hot sauce. Hopefully down the line, we will try this restaurant again. It was our first time here.

I honestly haven't been in a 3 Amigos for years. We ended up at the West Island location after finding Guaca&Mole closed. We had a great evening with good food and drinks. The service was great. This West Island location just made a new client. Thank you. Adiós.

Me and my family recently visited this restaurant for a nice night out. I happen to have a few food intolerances, our waiter Mang was very accommodating and made sure to go above and beyond so my experience will be pleasant. The service here was INCREDIBLE! 5 Stars!

The server scammed us! I went with three other friends to this place (we are a group of 4). It wasn’t a bad service, the food was as always good but the server sometimes was slow (the restaurant wasn’t packed), which is alright. When it came to pay, my friend was the first one to pay and had the option to customize her tip as the usual standard in restaurants. I was second to pay and my two other friends were last, and us 3 didn’t have the choice to customize the tip because it was already included in our bills. We were so weirded out so we asked the server about it, he told us that it is a new rule and the tip is automatically included for groups, and since it is on a weekend (we were a group of 4, not 6 which would’ve been understandable). We payed anyways, but were still uncertain so we decided to ask another employee which seemed to maybe be the manager… we asked him about this new rule and he confirmed that it not true. He came to our table, gave us half the money they owed us without asking. He then proceeded to ask us to not put a bad review and gave us a sob-story about the server which was completely unprofessional and inconsiderate to clients. It is not about money, but we told him that we just are concerned about this server’s behaviour because it may not be the first time they scammed other clients. Not only did the server lie to our faces about the “rule”, but i also feel like the manager (assuming he is a manager?) knew about it or just that he lied to us about the waiter’s life and background. I know the server’s but i won’t name drop. Just be careful and always ask and look at your receipts!

I came here last night with my friends (we were a group of 4) and the night started off okay. Our waiter was alright. When it came to paying, he took a long time to bring us the machine and kept us and forgot about things we asked him for (like a to go box) even though we’d already waited a considerable amount of time. When he handed me the machine, I realized that I couldn’t choose the tip on it & that it had already been incorporated into my total amount and I just had to tap my card. This confused me because this has never happened to me where a tip is automatically included for a group of 4. I asked the waiter about it and he told me that it’s normal for groups of 4 and in the weekends the tip is already incorporated because of some new rules. My friend who paid before me did NOT have this, and she was completely capable of choosing her tip percentage/amount. I gave the waiter the benefit of the doubt and tapped my card and he did the same to my friend after me. We didn’t leave until we asked someone else who works there if that rule exists because we couldn’t find anything online. He said no it doesn’t and came to our table with half the money and didn’t ask us how much we tipped each (my bill was $72). I was already gonna tip, but the dishonesty made me want to be refunded accordingly, but the other guy only gave my friend and I half the money. This bothered me more because of the principle and the fact that you’re allowing a waiter to get away with such things. The new waiter who talked to us gave us a sob story justifying his coworker’s behaviour, which is highly unprofessional because that should not be an excuse to scamming people. I understand that people have different circumstances but it’s not ever gonna be an excuse for illicit activity such as this. Not coming back again.

I highly recommend the birria tacos and the pink mojito, they were absolutely amazing! The tacos were so flavorful and perfectly prepared, and the pink mojito was refreshing and delicious. Everything tasted incredible and really stood out. Our server, Moe, was also amazing. He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His service made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place!
