I would like to start off by appreciating Joey. He was literally the best person to deal with. He was so so so caring and made our girls trip in Montreal very memorable. The service was great, the drinks and food were so yummy as well. Make sure to order the churros 🤎

We had a really lovely evening! The Wednesday fajitas were delicious and very generous in portion. We also shared a large strawberry daiquiri, which was perfect. The service was impeccable. Shanta, our server, was amazing!

I had a worst and very disappointing experience. We were seated and waited for about 20 minutes, but no one came to take our order or even acknowledge us. What made it worse was that the manager lady walked past our table multiple times without saying a word or checking in. Meanwhile, several other tables were being served, including one that arrived after us and was able to place their order before us, which is unusual. After nearly 20 minutes, the manager lady finally asked a server from behind the bar to take our order. When I asked about the delay, we were told they were short-staffed. While I completely understand that situations like this happen, the lack of communication was frustrating. When we decided to leave, the response we got was just a casual “okay,” which was quite disappointing, not even a sorry. I would love to put in review of the food as I’ve heard good things about this franchise but unfortunately, we left without eating. The service was extremely poor — definitely a zero-star for customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone (just go to some other branch not this one as they have many branches in the city). Customer service definitely needs a lot of attention and improvement.

Zero-star experience. We sat for 20 minutes being ignored by the lady manager while she served people who arrived after us. Being short-staffed is one thing, but being rude and dismissive is another. When we walked out due to the lack of service, the response just was “okay” without an apology. Poor management and zero hospitality.

If there is option of zero star, definitely I choose it. We were waited for 20 minutes, no one came to take our order. Manager lady behaviour is very rude.

Terrible experience. Waited 20 minutes with zero service while the lady manager repeatedly walked by and ignored us. She walked past our table multiple times and ignored us, she even served who arrived after us. We were later told by other server that they were short-staffed, which is understandable, but the lack of communication and basic courtesy from the lady manager was unacceptable. When we left, the response was a dismissive “okay,” which says everything. Extremely poor management and service- zero-star experience.

Great atmosphere, great drink menu, solid food! Nurul provided attentive service and we were seated immediately. The 2 amigos margarita is a large size for the very fair price of $13! I would totally recommend it. If I was in the area again I would stop by!

I had a really disappointing experience at 3 Amigos in Old Montreal. We actually go to the 3 Amigos in downtown quite often and have had good experiences there, which made this visit even more surprising. The service was painfully slow from start to finish, we spent more time waiting than actually enjoying the meal. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for it either; everything we ordered was quite bland and lacked flavour. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and not worth the visit. Based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend this location.
