My friends and I (group of 8) made a reservation a week in advance for the semi-finals hockey watch party and requested seating near a TV on the reservation notes. I even called twice beforehand to confirm, and both times I was assured we’d have a table with a view of a television. When we arrived, an older man with white hair was seating walk-ins ahead of groups with reservations, including ours. By the time we were seated (which took 30 minutes, despite our booking), we were given a table with no view of a TV at all. When we brought up the fact that our request had been confirmed multiple times, we were simply told it was too packed and were met with a lot of attitude. To make matters worse, our table shared two pitchers of sangria and we clearly asked the waiter to split the cost across the group. Instead, both pitchers were charged to just two bills. When we asked for it to be corrected, we were told it was too busy to fix. Overall, a terrible and disorganized experience. It felt like the priority was cramming in as many people as possible rather than honoring reservations and keeping things organized. We would have left for another restaurant if it hadn’t been so last minute. Avoid the watch parties unless you’re desperate for a reservation. 0/10 experience.
