So, let me start off by saying this used to be one of my absolute favourite restaurants. It was on my top 3 list, we’d visit around 4 to 6 times a year and always celebrated one of our family members birthday here. Delicious food and fun ambience made it an easy pick for me over the last 10 years, but sadly not anymore. 3 Amigos has now joined the club of increasingly profit hungry and greedy restaurants looking for every way possible to take more money from it’s clients. Had supper at this location last night with my family and even before we got there, the conversation in the car as we were driving was how everyone was looking forward to their nachos and salsa, they are incredible and actually are part of the reason we go, and they are unlimited….we’ll, they used to be… We were served 1 half full bowl of nachos for our group of 4 people, enough for maybe 3 to 4 chips each, max. I didn’t say anything as I just figured we’d order another one once we ran out. When the waiter came around to check on us, I politely asked for a refill and was told we’d need to pay $2.50 if we wanted another one. I was like really?? When did 3 Amigos get this cheap? I asked if he was joking or not and he assured me he wasn’t. He was almost embarrassed to tell me this and told me that many of the clients he serves are complaining about this change. He said many clients express to him that they are disappointed and that he’s told management and they simply don’t care. Well, I expressed my opinion as well and told him that something as petty as this would actually make me consider twice about eating here as it actually left a bad taste in my mouth. The next time I decide to eat out, the nachos which was one of the reasons why I went to 3 amigos is no longer a selling point for me and I will look at other options / alternatives to see if I could get a better value elsewhere. I know it’s only $2.50, but it’s about principal and you really felt the “greed” in this decision. As we absolutely love their nachos, I decided that instead of paying $2.50 for an extra “half bowl”, I’d buy one of their bags and salsas to go which they sell at the front door. We buy these every few months and the last time I picked one up, maybe 3 months ago, it cost me around $17 for the pair. So I placed my order, it was ready and they handed me the machine to pass my debit card. $25!!! $25!! $25 for a pack of chips and a salsa, are they crazy lol, what kind if ridiculous increase is this, what kind of fools are ready to pay this. I laughed and told the person to cancel my order. I would never be that crazy to spend that, it actually cost more than my steak burrito plate lol. The Magee or owner was right there when this happened, said he just had to increase the prices lately due to covid..what a joke he is. Everyone riding the same looney train using this as an excuse to jack up prices, but this jump was ridiculous. I told him, nice excuse, even more so when this is all made in house and not the most expensive thing to make anyway. After all this, I can honestly tell you my visits to 3 Amigos will easily be cut in half; if not more, absolutely no more late night visits to pick up nachos and salsa to go, and I think there is no more value left in this restaurant. If your looking to eat out, just be aware of these changes and maybe consider other options if you aren’t absolutely crazing Mexican. Greed never wins 👎 *Update 06/26 After a 3 year boycott of this place, I went back to see if things were just as bad, got better or got worst. I can confirm it got worst. Terrible service, not a single visit from the start to finish of our meal to see if all was ok or if we needed more water / drink, and still no refills on nachos without charging you extra. Rice flavour changed for the worst. Overall food quality not like it used to be, they are still being cheap, and service that day sucked. I’ll try back in 3 years.

It took 40 minutes and I got shrimp and all I got was 6 shrimps but it tasted amazing so I'll give you a 2 star

This is one of my favourite place but the food is getting worst and worst I asked for the chicken tacos the tortilla was cold and raw not grilled the chicken was raw cold too and the waitress who took the order didn’t even bother to ask how we want our tortillas hard or soft I did tell her in the end that our food was not good and she said what do you want me to do

Had a great experience at 3 Amigos! We were a group of 13 people, and Luis was very patient, nice, and welcoming the whole time. He handled our large group so well and gave us amazing service.
We felt rushed.. Even in our business meeting.. We felt uncomfortable. food was ok.. experiencing othe restaurants would be on my agenda.
The fajitas were really good, both chicken and beef. The cocktails were amazing! Our server was pleasant and attentive. The decor was lovely as well. The only drawback is that it can get quite loud inside. I would definitely go back.
My boyfriend and I always enjoy going there. The management and staff are so friendly! We ask to be served by Yenny as she is the sweetest! Food is excellent and drinks are just flowing. The atmosphere indoors and terrace is always beautiful. See you next time!

I used to really enjoy coming here—the customer service and atmosphere were great, and I was a regular customer for a long time. Unfortunately, things have declined. The service is no longer as welcoming, and there’s often no one at the front desk to assist you have to find someone on the floor just to get a table. On top of that, the music is extremely loud, making it hard to have a conversation. I hope management can address these issues and bring back the experience this place once had.
