We had a great time, great food and exceptional service, i forget our waitress's name but she was dressed up on Halloween as a police girl, she had a t-shirt written police on it. Will definetaly go back!

Food is great , but forget about ordering at the restaurant for pick up , first you cannot order over the phone and then service sucks at the restaurant. No acknowledgment of customers , staff walking around and just chilling. Def order online that’s my best advice……

I always loved three amigos! Drinks food always good. Just a bit slow when waiting in the front even when there is not many people waiting to be seated. I often buy salsa sauce as its sooo delicious 😋

I used to come here quite frequently, but in the last 2 or 3 times, the food has been quite dissapointing. The beef is the lowest quality possible for a restaurant, very hard to chew and no taste at all. If you ask for shrimps, you will receive just a couple of them. The enchilada was good in the past, but now it's quite bad. The size of the plates as decreased too, especially the fajitas, and the prices have gone up. The service was never the best, but last time it was super slow. 30 minutes to get our order taken, 30 minutes more to get the food, and when it came it was cold. The lady was a little stressed but we understood because she was covering a big area all alone. The drinks are still acceptable. Maybe for drinks and atmosphere, the place is still good enough.

I am so happy I made a reservation. The restaurant was packed. Service was amazing considering the amount of people. I did find it a bit warm likely due to the fact that it was full. The food and drinks were delicious. Great place for families or couples. Great fun and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Today we visited Brossard 3 Amigos to treat my friends comprising of 9 people for my son’s birthday. I was not aware that 3Amigos serves free cheesecake dessert for birthday. I saw birthday complementary cake being served to many customers. Seeing that i asked the server if that can be served for my son too.He replied he cannot give me the cake but can play song for him. But I can order and pay for the cake. I was really suprised why this free complemetary cake wasnt served to my son when other people were getting that . we were 9people and we made a bill of around 250 dollars. Finally I purchased the dessert cakes paying price and the server lit the candle and gave the bithday hat and played song. I am still clueless why we were denied the complementary cake.

We went there for the birthday for my niece .The service was excellent. The food is very good too. The waitress that serve us was very nice and very patient too and she always come to check on us if we need anything . If we had the chance to go to 3amigo another time. We would like to be serve by the same waitress again. Edit : I forgot to ask the name of the beautiful waitress. She really has an excellent service

⭐️ 1 star Very disappointing experience at 3 Amigos Brossard.I was there with my friends, and we asked the waiter for a second serving of chips\. The waiter told us that we would have to pay extra for the chips\. I understand that restaurants have their policies, but when I asked to speak with the manager, I expected the manager to listen to our concerns and try to help. Unfortunately, instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager yelled at us and made us feel uncomfortable\. Rather than listening or trying to resolve the issue respectfully. The way the manager handled the situation was extremely disappointing and made the experience much worse. A manager should treat customers with respect and know how to resolve a simple issue calmly. I am very sorry, but I will never go back to 3 Amigos. Very poor management and customer service.

Hello, We understand that your friend, who arrived after your group, should have received his portion of chips, and we acknowledge that. You had every right to ask to speak with the manager. However, you called her stupid and said that our policy was stupid, while raising your voice and becoming upset with her. We understand that a customer may disagree with a policy, but respect toward our employees is expected at all times. We are always open to comments and feedback , but they must be expressed respectfully. If you come back to 3 Amigos with a good attitude, you will be welcome. Have a nice day.
