Everything is good about this gym. Except that some people do not return weights back. Do not remove plates off the bar, do not put dumbbells back, sweat on the bench and neither use a towel nor wipe after themselves. This is very disrespectful. One or of 5 points off, because it is the management to blame. Such people are everywhere, but they're acting different because other gyms emphasize mutual respect

Weight are heavy. Machines get fixed fast. Atlantis machines 👌. Water fountain is delicious. Best value for money in Lasalle. They also don't double the membership price every few months like other places.

I absolutely love this gym! Great variety of machines and workout equipment. The staff is amazing! The owner as well as all the people working there always greet clients with a smile and a friendly “hello“. The vibe of the gym is very chill and mellow. A very safe feeling space for both men and women to work-out in comfort and security. Everybody is friendly. An excellent space for both physical and mental health! Thank you, to the owner and staff, Ian, Josh, Nico and Zohn! You all do a great job of setting a comfortable and friendly tone!
