Job description

We are looking for a key person to take charge of the brewery's production. We are not just looking for a brewer; we are looking for someone who wants to structure, organize, and evolve the production while being directly involved in the brewing on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Plan the brewing schedule, Brew and actively participate in operations, Supervise production (fermentation, canning, packaging), Manage inventories and orders, Ensure product quality and consistency, Supervise and train the brewing team, Improve processes and production efficiency

Requirements

Brewing experience (mandatory), Structured and organized profile, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Leadership and autonomy, Good judgment and sense of responsibility
