Job description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic maître d'hôtel to join our team at Noire et Blanche, a place where service excellence meets exceptional cuisine. As a maître d'hôtel, you will be responsible for welcoming and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients, making sure that every experience is unforgettable.

Responsibilities

Welcome and seat clients with professionalism and friendliness. Supervise the dining room service, ensuring optimal coordination between the kitchen and the floor staff. Train and support the team of servers to guarantee quality service. Manage reservations and organize tables according to client needs. Be attentive to clients, respond to their requests, and resolve any potential issues. Contribute to stock management and the organization of the dining area. Participate in the setup and smooth running of special events.

Requirements

Significant experience as a maître d'hôtel or in a similar position in a restaurant establishment. Excellent communication and customer relations skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. Passion for gastronomy and quality service. Proficiency in foreign languages is preferred (especially English).
