We are looking for a key person to manage our branch in Bromont. We seek someone who enjoys being on the floor, managing a team, and providing a solid customer experience day after day.
Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, Manage and motivate the service team, Ensure quality customer service, Manage schedules and staffing needs, Ensure the smooth running of services (before, during, after), Maintain quality and ambiance standards, Ensure cleanliness of the premises and proper maintenance of equipment, Plan and organize operations according to seasons (traffic, team, needs)
Requirements
Experience in the restaurant industry (management is a significant asset), Natural leadership and team spirit, Good stress and priority management, Autonomy, resourcefulness, and sense of responsibility, Ability to anticipate and organize, Active presence on the floor
