The Auberge & Bistro des Balcons is a youth hostel and cultural bistro located in the Maison Mère complex, a former convent in the heart of the village of Baie-Saint-Paul. Our non-profit organization is a year-round accommodation unique in its kind, welcoming tourists of all ages from all over the world. The Bistro des Balcons has become a must-visit place for artistic dissemination and gathering for both travelers and residents of our flourishing and inspiring region. Many shows and events of all kinds take place here!
Responsibilities
Ensure the management of a complete service (from setup to kitchen closure). Cook and assemble dishes while respecting presentation standards. Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following cleaning and maintenance protocols. Ensure the upkeep of kitchen equipment.
