Responsibilities
Prepare and serve the menu according to established quality standards, Maintain a clean workplace in compliance with MAPAQ standards, Receive orders and ensure proper stock management, Participate in the layout and management of the vegetable garden located in the backyard, Create and develop new recipes and daily dishes, Collaborate closely with the floor manager and marketing manager for special culinary initiatives
