Chef de partie — Pastry & cocktail bites to create unique culinary experiences for weddings, corporate events, and gourmet receptions. Position to be filled on August 3. Mainly daytime hours.
Responsibilities
Production of refined cocktail bites; preparation of desserts and pastry components; event finishing and assembly; participation in the creation of seasonal menus
Requirements
Experience in cooking or pastry; attention to detail and creativity; speed of execution and autonomy; interest in high-end catering; experience in banquets or catering (an asset)
