Job description
The sought-after person will perform operations related to pastry with a constant concern for adhering to established standards regarding quality, recipes, and product presentation while respecting hygiene, cleanliness, and occupational health and safety measures.
Responsibilities
Prepare fruits and others, Prepare desserts, cakes, doughs, and others according to the recipes of Deux Gars Dans le Pétrin, Bake pastries and other products, Collaborate with colleagues, Participate in the assembly and packaging of food products, Apply the quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and health and safety standards established by Deux Gars Dans le Pétrin.
Requirements
Must be Canadian or already have an open work permit in Canadian territory, DEP or CAP in pastry, Minimum 1 year of work experience in pastry, Ability to execute directives from superiors, Methodical, flexible person, focused on product quality, results, and teamwork, Must be able to work nights, from Tuesday to Saturday and according to the schedule regarding holidays such as Christmas.
