Job description
Deux Gars Dans l’Pétrin creates and sells elaborated bakery and pastry products, all with craftsmanship and tradition. We are currently looking for a pastry chef for our bakery in Saint-Jérôme.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fruits and others - Prepare desserts, cakes, doughs, and others according to the recipes of Deux Gars Dans l’Pétrin - Bake pastries and other products - Collaborate with colleagues - Participate in the assembly and packaging of food products - Apply the quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and health and safety standards established by Deux Gars Dans l’Pétrin.
Requirements
- Must be Canadian or already have an open work permit in Canadian territory - DEP or CAP in pastry - Work experience in pastry: minimum 1 year - Ability to execute directives from superiors - Methodical, flexible person, focused on product quality, results, and teamwork - Must be able to work nights, from Tuesday to Saturday, and according to the schedule regarding holidays such as Christmas.
