Brasserie Port-Alfred is looking for a passionate, structured, and capable leader chef to drive a kitchen in a lively environment: shows, events, busy weekends, full evenings.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the kitchen, supervise and motivate the team, ensure consistency, quality, and speed, manage orders and costs, maintain MAPAQ and hygiene standards, participate in menu development.
Requirements
Solid experience in the kitchen (leadership required), ability to perform under pressure, sense of organization and priorities, autonomy and professional attitude, pride in a job well done.
