We are currently looking for a passionate Sous-Chef who enjoys working in a team in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise kitchen operations during services and events, ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes, collaborate on monitoring production costs and reducing waste, participate in stock management, inventories, and orders, apply and enforce hygiene and sanitation standards, contribute to the development and improvement of menus, ensure continuity of operations in the absence of the executive chef, coordinate the kitchen team and distribute daily tasks, supervise production and adherence to internal procedures, participate in the training and integration of new employees, foster a structured and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
Sense of organization and priorities, good team spirit and leadership, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail and passion for cooking, relevant experience in professional cooking, supervisory experience (a plus), good knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards, interest in innovation and culinary trends.
