INGREDIENTS

For the "wings":

-A cauliflower cut into florets
-250ml. flour
-1 Beaten egg
-375ml of beer (less than a mouthful for the head)
-Salt and pepper to taste

For the honey mustard sauce:

-100ml. honey
-75ml. mustard
-Salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste

 

PROCEDURE

-In a bowl, combine the flour, egg, beer, salt and pepper
-Dip the cauliflower bouquet in the device and fry in a deep fryer preheated to 350 º F
-Once cooked, brush with honey mustard sauce
-Serve with BBQ sauce, Ranch or Honey Mustard
