Wow, really impressed with all that we have lived as an experience this afternoon at this restaurant both welcoming, casual, chic and contemporary. OMG Burger has something for everyone soon ... The slight ambiance of this beautifully converted church is great leaving a moment of pure pleasure. The set design inspired by the great urban centers reflects the genius of this great owner what André L'Espérance and his team.

Upon entering the lobby, we already hostess smiled and took the time to assign a table where beautiful leather chairs waiting for us. Our eyes were charmed by the entire frame that can not leave anyone indifferent. Obviously, as we could see the waitresses bring other customers attractive and fragrant dishes, we turned our attention to the menu posted delicious variety of dishes at once. The proposed range does not confine himself only to burgers, but also filled foodies. In fact, here is the menu available online: http://www.omgburger.ca/pdf/OMGBurger_Menus.pdf.

So one of us opted for the classic cheeseburger with fries Julian offered with homemade mayonnaise. Also, the "Grand Cru" was a blow to the heart of our table with a choice of bison tartare, served with strawberries based simply on the palate, accompanied by small artisan breads. Finally, the "Staff meal", a pork loin dew, green beans and seasoned sauce point. Actually, apart from a few minutes to wait between services, we have been spoiled ... And yes, the team Taste of Sin had the opportunity to visit behind the scenes, the kitchen and its leader, co-owner, Daniel Charbonneau. What generosity on the part of Mr. Hope, who, after taking a few shots in our company, we were able to meet with his "partner"!

Smiling as the entire staff met, he simply told us different information adding a nice touch to our first visit. Among other things, OMG Burger buys most often as possible local products like the local butcher, bakery delights of nations, Compton (potatoes), etc.. 22 people working under his tutelage including two deputy chiefs and a pastry chef in our kitchen the "Super Size Me," soft and decadent cookie crisp point, as only our grandmothers did ...

Let yourself be charmed by the warm atmosphere where the rustic look with attention to detail is present. Passionate owner, Mr. Hope and its leader, the 5 senses awaken the magical space created a great sound system and a food raised, but both warm and enveloping ... Really, The Burger "slow food" still exists! For now you go and discover this vibrant restaurant and what we intend to put our agenda to explore the "lounge" of 5-7 look.
