Gastronomy, we Europeans , we love it! So when they talk about poutine or smoked meat , it may happen that we pout. But it is important to remain open-minded and sometimes , poutine and other typical dishes from Quebec to awaken the senses so nice !
This is Brisket Montreal restaurant located Beaver Hall Hill , near Victoria Square, I tasted a sample of good food here. The chef's foot pork is absolutely delicious , not too dry or too oily . Their smoked meat is also delicious ! About their poutine is one of the few that I loved during my first year in Quebec! It was a traditional Quebecois poutine served in small quantities with the sauce was very good and raised just right . The fries were not soaked and remained crispy to the delight of my taste buds!
The menu offers a variety of menus , including vegetarian couscous vegetable , cheddar club without bacon, veggie burger , cheese platter , grilled cheese , etc. . For lovers of burgers or the great adventurers , they can choose from a wide selection of meats all more original than the others : deer, wild boar , elk , bison, ostrich or caribou ! The card also offers more traditional dishes such as salads , sandwiches or wraps . There really are spoiled for choice, but everything is good !
The service is charming and although outside the restaurant does not look , the interior is very warm and friendly . We bring you ketchup and mayonnaise in tubes so canteen. The prices are very affordable , and once at the table, the view overlooking the kitchen that looks flawless !
