The restaurant that I want to talk about today is not one of many since it is my favorite restaurant.

Located in the heart of Old Beloeil, Et Caetera Restaurant has what it takes to please you.

It serves excellent Mediterranean cuisine. You can choose from a wide variety of dishes from seafood, fish, meat, mussels and pasta. It also offers appetizers and desserts homemade. I recommend especially the entrance of cigars and pesto pie is simply delicious. In fact, the food you are served at this restaurant is top notch. His taste surpasses handily than most of the dishes I ate in fine dining restaurants.

It also offers you the opportunity to bring the wine of your choice to add to a wonderful meal.

Main dish, I used to have a preference for seared scallops with garlic cream. We were offered at the time the choice of several sauces. Unfortunately, during my last visit, I learned that the seafood dishes now come with a clear sauce and it is not the cream of garlic. I appreciate this innovative restaurant and he kindly offered me the option of garlic cream anyway because they were left, but I would still have preferred always have a choice of sauce with future.

Since this is a fine dining restaurant, this is not really the place to bring a young child. We see mostly couples and groups of friends.

In summer, you can enjoy a beautiful private terrace. The indoor dining room is a very large standard size, neither nor small. The tables are spaced far enough apart to allow customers to enjoy some privacy.

Sometimes in the summer, I regret to feel a little too much cold air on my legs when I offer a table on the side windows which are placed air floor hatches. By cons, employees have thought of everything and have arranged wooden plates that reduce the cold snap.

The service is always great. Servers are present just enough and the food is served at a perfect speed, and regardless of the amount of customers. The portions are of a size quite respectable for a fine dining restaurant. The plates are presented in enticing. There are no seats, but the chairs are comfortable.

Are you interested? It is strongly recommended to book, especially on weekends, as the restaurant is often full. The least we can say is that he has managed to build a loyal clientele including myself.

If you are a lover of seafood and fish, a stop at the Et Caetera Restaurant is a must!
