Tourisme Cantons-de-l’Est puts everything in place to demonstrate that Sherbrooke and the Eastern Townships are the Québec gourmet destination. Some official announcements have been made this week to reveal the promotional strategy of "Printemps Gourmand, Printemps Rosé." So, Sherbrooke, ready to surprise use?

Starting in May, four festive weekends are scheduled. Several activities will be held simultaneously around the Township, like in downtown Sherbrooke, at Mount Sutton and in Bromont.

The event "Sherbrooke t’en bouche un coin" holds the most attention so far. Fifteen of the best gourmet chefs from Sherbrooke and the region will meet on May 17-18 May at Marché de la Gare. They will offer their hors d’oeuvre, verrines and tapas freshly cooked on place.

They will also be accompanied by some Montpellier, France, chefs who will show us all their know-how and vineyards, French also, to manage the wine bar and cocktails.

You can vote for your favorite moment of the weekend from all your tastings.

The honorary chef of the weekend is the former Château Frontenac chef, Jean Soulard.
