I was granted the bogo offer when I went but after referring my friend they tried to up-charge them although the terms of the offer had been clear. That type of conduct is unacceptable.
The Tres Leches Coconut and Dulce de Leches flavors were delicious! It’s such a cozy spot to catch up with a friend.

when i arrived at the cafe there was a very loud dj playing, making it a bit difficult to fully enjoy myself. however, once the dj stopped, it was much nicer. the staff was very friendly and the food and drink options are very unique and delicious! personally, i took the pistachio latte and it did not disappoint. after the past 5 years of trying cafes in montreal, i firmly believe this was one of the BEST coffees i’ve ever had. also, they have plenty of space for working, with comfortable chairs and tables. i would just recommend checking in advance if they will have live music :) overall, i recommend the cafe and think it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!
We enjoyed their patisseries and cafes! I ordered saffron cake with baklava cheesecake ! They were super tasty! Id highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in different patisserie tastes.
We wanted to try out this new café we found on Spectra. The café itself is very large and spacious with plenty of seating. The noise level was pretty loud as it was very busy due to the promotion, but I'm sure on a regular day it would be much quieter. There were some tables with outlets, and the staff were kind enough to let students study/people work. Décor is very modern and charming. In terms of food and drink, the menu has a lot of interesting items. We chose the pistachio latte & matcha pistachio, along with two slices of their tres leches cake. We were disappointed that we were only allowed to only choose one flavour (rose & cardamon) for the tres leches cake, despite the offer saying otherwise. However, the cake itself was yummy, and a fair portion. The pistachio latte was good enough, but the pistachio matcha was unfortunately not. As a huge matcha fan, it was one of the worst we tried in a café, very watered-down and likely old/oxidised. Overall, the café is nice and spacious, and the staff were friendly and efficient. However the drinks were quite disappointing, so won't be rushing back in the near future.

We visited on a friday night and it was quite obvious that they were very busy, perhaps too busy to handle the volume with the staff present. Still they were very nice and apologized for the wait. The cakes were absolutely delicious

Pretty decor. Pleasant service. The cherry matcha drink was great once you mix it up. Unfortunately didn't look quite as perfect as the photo. The pancake shakshouka was nice and well presented, I think a more flavourful mouhammara would make it perfect. The toilet paper in the washroom was extra super thin for some reason.
I visited Caffe Velora for the first time and had a really pleasant experience. The service was extremely gentle and welcoming. Even when there was a very small delay, the staff addressed it immediately and apologized very politely, which I really appreciated. They also helped me choose my dessert and explained the options kindly, which made the experience even better. The ambience is cozy, elegant, and feels quite fancy compared to a regular café. The prices are a little higher than a typical café, but honestly it feels worth it for the atmosphere, presentation, and service quality. I really enjoyed my order and the overall vibe. Definitely a 5-star experience for me and I’d happily visit again!
