First and last time dining here.. Me and my boyfriend decided to dine here as we had a long layover for our connecting flight. The service was ok. We each ordered a burger and drinks. As we were informed, it is restaurant policy to cook all burgers well done. Honestly, the meat was a bit dry but nothing to complain about. After our meal, i asked for the check and paid by credit card. I did not opt to add a tip at that time. The waiter saw and immediately cancelled my transaction. He then explained that if i didn't add a tip, him and team wouldn't make much money as they rely on tips. I replied that tips aren't obligatory in most countries. He added that because i was from a certain country, I should be expected to add tips. My bf who is French asked what was the normal percentage and we selected that for the tip. I of course verified that he cancelled the previous transaction as he just crumpled the receipt. Overall, i felt forced. The waiter could've handled the situation differently. If i was there alone, i wouldn't have changed my amount. The staff should be making a liveable wage. Our waiter could have also asked for a tip with a smile..

Very understanding staff. They take our boarding time into consideration when we arrive. Our waitress Margarita was very kind. Food was good and portions great. We had the swiss omelettes with ham.

Thank you to Margarite for wonderful service. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. I loved the Latino music playing..when going on an international flight let’s promote diversity!

The waiter took 25min before he came to take our order, after he said that the food would be out in 10min, which obviously never happened. It has been over 20min since he sais that and our flight is boarding in 5min and we still haven’t gotten our food yet.

The staff are amazing and the food is great, it hot tasty 🤤 and service is fast. The prices are normal for food and drinks at all airports... It's a great place for people watching and enjoying a cold beverage before your flight ✈️!!! Stop by you won't be disappointed 🙂👍👍

I was treated poorly by the server, Mae Santurdo. Her service was terrible; she showed up 15 minutes after we were seated, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. I feel like we were treated unfairly, possibly in a racist way. Even though we tipped her, she insisted we pay an 18% mandatory tip in Quebec.
