This is a serious food safety issue. This Tim Hortons should be extremely concerned about how this location is being managed. I came in for a coffee and witnessed an employee removing bagels directly from the trash and putting them back, apparently to be reused or resold. This happened just before he noticed I was there to be served. This is one of the most disturbing things I have ever seen in a food establishment. If this is happening with bagels, it raises serious concerns about what may be happening with other food items behind the counter. Management needs to address this immediately, as this is a major hygiene and food safety concern.
