Why is it always cold in this resto? We're in the middle of winter and they have the fan or AC blowing cold air. I'm sure the employees are hot while they're working behind the counter, but no reason to freeze your patrons. Also, for the price we pay for the pre-made, nuked sandwiches, better make sure it's not dry as cardboard when served. Almost broke my teeth on the ciabatta bread.
