Ordered Bol shawarma chicken and carefully selected our add-ons. Under "SAUCE ON THE SIDE," we chose smoked chipotle. What we received instead were two shawarma chicken bowls DRENCHED in an excessive amount of smoked chipotle sauce directly on the food as seen in the uploaded picture, COMPLETELY SWIMMING IN IT . This was definitely NOT what we ordered! Regardless, we tried to eat it but the dish was inedible. The taste was overpowering, and the smell alone made our eyes tear up. Both bowls ended up in the garbage. We attempted to call the restaurant multiple times with no answer. Thank you for this horrible experience and 0 customer support both from you and Uber. -1 customer household.
