Succulent banh mi! Crispy bread, delicious ingredients - recommended. The pho was good and tasty but not exceptional. The banh mi are the stars of the show!

The best Bánh Mì in Sherbrooke, hands down! Absolutely loved Saby Sandwich Vietnamien! The food was amazing across the board, but the highlight has to be their Vietnamese sandwich (Bánh Mì). It was perfectly fresh, packed with flavor, and worth the trip alone. The service was great—fast, friendly, and attentive. What really sets this place apart is the fair pricing. You get incredible value for the quality of food, especially for that amazing sandwich. Highly, highly recommend stopping here!

10 on 10, would come again. Less crowded than other Asian food places in Sherbrooke, but the food was astonishingly good! Portion size was also very excellent! Almost couldn't finish and we usually always find portions small, this place was the opposite! Highly recommend!! PS we just tried the pho soup, which was excellent! Everything else on their menu looks great too.

i tried this restaurant for the first time tonight, got the classic bahn mi, and a thai tea. it was so delicious! the restaurant is so nicely decorated too, i will definitely be back for date night to try their pho✨🤩

Hands down the BEST pho in all of Sherbrooke. The portions are generous, you'll always leave full and satisfied. Highly recommend the beef pho and the bun bo hue!

Really great Vietnamese food. Had bahn mi chicken sandwich, spring rolls and pho beef soup and it was fantastic. Service was excellent, decor is contemporary and beautiful and lots of space to move around
