I usually never leave negative reviews but this experience deserved one. We signed up for the waitlist at the tablet for a table of 4 and gave our phone number. After a 30minute wait we were told by text there was an available table; upon arriving the hostess told us that the table was almost ready. We waited a bit more and it was becoming clear that they had forgotten about us. Other patrons that arrived after us were being seated while we continued to wait at the door. We asked the hostess again how much time we had left and she simply said that someone had removed our name from the list. She never once attempted to rectify the situation by finding us seating nor apologized. We understand that it can get busy but it's simply not acceptable to look at customers who waited for nearly 40minutes dead in the eye and tell them there was no space. Even after explaining the situation nothing was done to accomodate their own mistake. The lack of professionalism is simply baffling. This happened January 17th at 5:30pm.
