Very disappointing experience at Patiala Shahi. When I entered the restaurant, they served bread first but no vegetables. I had to wait around 40 minutes for the vegetables to arrive, and by the time they came, the bread was already cold. The food quality was very bad, and the service was worse. There was no apology, no concern, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all about the delay or the bad experience. I expected much better. Definitely not recommended.
Everything is very good and very tasty and they handle it all in a very good way. It is a good restaurant for family and everyone who is fond of eating delicious food.
We sit at restaurant for 10 minutes the girl was in front of us cleaning the table and went inside the kitchen side she didn’t came even to ask for order or give water after waiting I go towards the kitchen area and then said her that we are leaving now. If the owner is reading this review please tell your employees how to welcome customers
No cleanliness at all , Indian restaurants should know how to clean as soon as the guests go. They just keep the stuff on table and keep on taking order from others
I ordered from this restaurant and was so disappointed! The Samosas were burnt, when you cut it the whole outer shell fell apart, that is how hard the pastry was. The Daal Makhni was tasteless. Then the main course, the Chicken Jalfrezi, well I don't know how to explain it, it tasted old. I know that might be hard to understand, but it had a terrible after taste. It was awful!!! I do not mind spending money for a good eatable meal, but this was not worth the money. 60$ in all including delivery fee, tip and taxes....I am from the UK, where our national food, besides fish and chips, is Indian food. So I know what it should taste like and trust me this is not it!
Best in lasalle. Good to visit with family & friends. Employees and owner are super kind. They do service from their heart.

Very good food
We visited the restaurant Patiala Shahi and tried the Gobi Paneer and Aloo Paratha, and we were totally amazed by the taste. The food was delicious, and the tea was especially very good. The service was excellent as well—Megha, the server, was very friendly, polite, and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience.
