The experience of ordering online was simple but when the meal came there was some disappointment. The fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. The chicken was tender enough but, again temp was off. Not t sure if I would order again.

We recently ate here and it's put us off ever going again. 🙃 The food wasn't great, tiny portions for the chicken a quarter chicken was smaller than a breast & we got no service. I had to get up three times to go find someone to fill our water, we got 2 coleslaw, no more.(Was supposed to be 'bottomless') .At the end of the meal the server stood at the table waiting for her tip. I don't think we'll ever visit another one again. So disappointing.

I had an incredible experience at this St-Hubert location! The entire staff, from the waiters to the bar, provided top-tier service. A huge shoutout to Claudia—she is hands down the best bartender I’ve ever seen in Gatineau. Her service was flawless, and she made the whole visit special. Between the great drinks and the delicious food (you can’t beat their chicken!), everything was perfect. If you’re in Gatineau and looking for great food and a fun atmosphere, you have to visit this spot. I’m definitely going back! 🍗🍹

Excellent bilingual service. The atmosphere has a cosy relaxed feel. food came out quick and cooked perfectly, one of the few places in the Ottawa Gatineau area, where I can consistently order a medium rare steak and have it perfect every time. Good family, dining experience.

Wow! never been in here before. Had a quick drink in the bar first. Nice atmosphere and prompt friendly service from the bartender, Then into the dining room for lunch. Very tidy and well laid out, and our party was seated promptly. After that though the service from Anne D was atrocious. Orders for drinks was OK, but after that was clearly more attentive to the other tables. Requests were often met with 'curt ', "Wait a minute" or "I'm serving other people" or at one point a raised finger ," more coffee" meant a half cup. Final straw was when she saw that her tip was not our usual 20%, she threw our receipt on the table and went away without a word. We loved the food, but your service needs a lot of attention. We are not normally this critical, this is not our usual experience!
