Being from Montreal, seeing this place opening was very exciting. I Was there on opening day and the food and service was great. Could really tell the staff and managers care about their product. Happy to finally have great Shawarma in Sherbrooke. Will be back soon

I loved Boustan in Montreal and since living in Sherbrooke the options for this kind of food have been so of meh for so long. Once they opened here I was pretty hyped, but the service was just great. They had tons of people since they just opened and I got my meal pretty fast. Idk what they do to the shawarma but I highly recommend, I’ve already had it twice and it opened 2 weeks ago lol. Peak study food I absolutely recommend.

I have read the reviews and decided to visit the restaurant for myself. First, the staff was incredibly warm and kind. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. Second, being of middle eastern origin, I have high expectations and I have to say, this Boustan was really good! I have been to other chains , and quite honestly , it doesn't measure up. Third, as for price- they are very competitive and you certainly get your money's worth. I recommend this Boustan to everyone. I will definitely be back and I'm looking forward to trying a variety of items on the menu! Thanks for opening up in the area. It was much needed.

The best shawarma bowl I’ve ever had you can truly taste the love and care put into it. It was their opening day, and the staff had such warm smiles on their faces and made the experience even better. I’m so happy that Sherbrooke finally has amazing shawarma place. Highly recommend!

I got a Pita cuit au four with chicken and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the atmosphere very warm and pleasant. I 100% recommend this place!
