Shawarma junior bowl, been ordering this for some time now. Each order placed in the last few years, quality has declined drastically and I had stopped ordering the beef as a few times it was uneatable, dry & chewy. Today the quality was good but the portion was enough to feed a baby. I’m curious how somebody can look at that half empty bowl and say yeah that’s enough of a portion, before sending it off to the client. 🤯 you can tell the owner hasn’t been there in a LONG LONG time. This was the last time for me. Order at your own risk/surprise and at your own loss of money.

no one wore hairnets...no one smiled no one seemed happy work there... n no glovee while making my food and i got serious foood poison i dont plan ever to go back there

Walked in,only 1 guy at cash serving 1 client wearing loose black gloves. Scratched his nose,coughed covering his mouth with his hands(and gloves),punched in clients order,took money and gave his change then proceeded to fill the order,putting food in packaging and bag WITH SAME GLOVES!!!!! I turned around and walked out..

I take food from Boustan often, and usually the food is great at other locations. But this specific location consistently gives smaller portions. It happens repeatedly, not just once. Please improve consistency between locations.

the girl working at 10:25 pm 12 February she were dealing with customer rude with me and with two of my friends no smile and no answering to our orders the other two boys they were so nice i didn't tip just because she was there

Placed an order through the app for takeout for their 4” oven baked chicken pita. Looks nothing like the advertised pita, no turnips, just a pinch of salad at the bottom. Compare for yourself… 1 star for the misleading pictures.

If you go there order a take out in advance or else you are absolutely not a priority. They will serve every Uber or skip before taking your order stayed there 25 minutes whitou being able to take my order I was the seconde person in line
