We are fortunate to have this little gem of a Bistro in our neighborhood. Had a lovely meal with friends at Rebelle on Saturday! We all enjoyed our dishes very much....try the Risotto! One of us is a Risotto expert and found it to be excellent! Also the Sole Amandine was generous and very tasty! The Flank Steak, which can be fussy, was well cooked and presented - even my take-home portion served as a delicious salad add-in the next day! Victoria is our very favorite server, no question - see you all again very soon! (Note: noise level a little tense, but there was a group party gong on.....)

We have been to Rebelle's Bistro twice in recent months since moving to the region. Both for supper and the newly offered brunch! Food was delicious, atmosphere cozy and elegant and service delightful. Recommend 10/10, we look forward to coming again!

My first experience there, excellent all the way. Great service, great ambiance, waitress was so friendly and the owner makes you feel like family. Food was top quality .

We had a dinner of 2 steak tartare, a bottle of wine and a dessert. Service was ok although our server did not once poured wine in to our glasses, the food was ok but not memorable. The salad had absolutely no dressing. We paid 195$ including the tip. We found it overpriced for what it was and the neighborhood , but I guess times have changed. Will not be going back, just not worth it.

What an amazing night at Rebelle Bistro. Warm and cozy, during a snowy evening. Just another night for Chef Antoine and his team but how special for anyone who walked in that door for a good meal. This is by far, our favorite local resto! I can never take my eye off of the beautiful classic Hofner base guitar, hanging near the bar. Cheers to you and the team Antoine.

Been here a few times now and it’s definitely becoming a local go to! Their menu isn’t big but there are good options and it’s always delicious - usually the same very friendly server.

Went for dinner at the bar, service was amazing the server Anne-Marie was very kind and lovely.food was great had the French onion soup was warming on a snowy night. And the hanger steak with grillled veg and polenta. Steak was cooked perfect. Would return 100%
