I was genuinely impressed by how kind and welcoming the staff were.The level of customer service here really stands out. They make you feel valued and taken care of. I don’t usually visit often since I live a bit far, but after this experience, I’ll definitely be coming back more regularly just for the amazing service. Truly appreciated! 😋💗

One of the best locations in the Mtl/laval region. The employees serve you with passion and your bowl is ready under 2 mins. Highly recommended, better than the one in Car4 Laval and Chomedey

I had such a wonderful experience at Poulet Rouge! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel incredibly welcome. The staff work together with such good vibes, and it makes the whole experience not just about the food, but about how you feel while you’re there. And the food… absolutely amazing. It’s clear that everything is made with extra care and love. Every bite tasted fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again—and I definitely will! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Best poulet rouge I’ve ever been too. Customer service is amazing. George was super nice at explaining the gluten free menu. He took my allergy really seriously which I appreciated. If you’re celiac I would highly recommend coming to this location :))
