Poulet Rouge is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always fresh, tasty, and well prepared, but what truly makes this place stand out is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the experience so enjoyable every time. You can tell they genuinely care about customers they’re patient, efficient, and always have a positive attitude. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back, not just for the food but for the atmosphere as well. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal. A big shout-out to Ali, Jad and Zainab for their outstanding service, they were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly taken care of. Highly recommend this restaurant, we’ll definitely be coming back!

The service is extremely fast, even during busy times, and the staff keeps everything running smoothly. The food quality is excellent. Hot, fresh, chicken with great flavor every time. The dining room is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, which makes a big difference for a quick meal. Portions are solid, prices are fair, and you can tell they care about consistency and customer experience. Definitely a go-to place when you’re craving great chicken done right! Great to dine in or for take out!

Service was quick and done in a kind way, but unfortunately all 4 of the bowls I ordered had very chewy , hard to swallow chicken. I will be giving them another try as I hope it was just a bad batch

Good ambience with very large area inside to sit , relax and eat. Has the best poutine as all other poulet rouge has. The best staff in terms of greeting and very good service as well. Everything is fairly new and is kept very clean. Loved it.
