I had a great experience at this Poulet Rouge branch. The staff and the manager are Lebanese, and they are extremely kind, respectful, and welcoming. Their attitude while serving customers is amazing, and they are very generous with the portions compared to other Poulet Rouge locations. You can really feel the positive energy and care here. I highly recommend this branch!

The dine in experience was amazing!🤩 We got there during super rush and there was a bit of a line, but we got served within a few minutes. The staff was super friendly, and accommodating. The food was delicious, with good serving portions. While we sat and ate, you could see the staff work really hard to make it a nice environment for everyone.

Best Poulet Rouge In Quebec! You are always welcomed with a smile and the atmosphere is as warm as the delicious chicken in your bowl! Staff is very friendly and very accommodating to allergies/intolerances! The only Poulet Rouge I trust with my chicken😌!

This Poulet Rouge location never disappoints. The restaurant is immaculately clean, and the team is friendly, attentive, and efficient. The owners provide outstanding customer service — they are genuinely welcoming, generous, and clearly passionate about what they do, which really elevates the whole experience. The portions are excellent and very satisfying. The ingredients are fresh and high quality, the flavors are spot on, and the service is fast and well organized. Even if the place doesn’t immediately catch your eye from the outside, it’s truly a hidden gem worth discovering. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.
